Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will be among the performers Oct. 23 at the 19th edition of the Carousel of Hope, the world’s premier charity event benefiting childhood diabetes.
Hosted biennially by Barbara Davis, the glitzy gala at the Beverly Hilton benefits the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes in Denver.
Halle Berry, Quincy Jones and Clive Davis also will participate in the presentation. Jay Leno returns as master of ceremonies, and “Tonight Show” bandleader Rickey Minor serves for the first time as the event’s music director. George Schlatter is back as producer.
For the fourth straight time, Mercedes-Benz will be the presenting sponsor, and a Benz will be auctioned off during the event.
Since its founding 32 years ago by Marvin and Barbara Davis, the Carousel of Hope has raised more than $75 million for the center.

Finally the new layout has arrived! I have worked and worked. I choose the Vouge shoot, because it looks sooo elegance-jennifer-lopez. I guess a bit 60′s. Pretty sexy 
I hope you like it, too.

As you know, Jen will be soon 41 years old. This means a HUGE birthday party! But what would be a birthday without Jen’s fans? Now you all are asked:
The Beyond-Beautiful Forum is doing a HUGE project for Jenny’s birthday. You can wish her personally Happy Birthday! Here are the rules:
We want you to submit a SHORT, but sweet birthday message. You choose out of these 3 formats:
VIDEO – MUST be NO longer than :30 seconds and be uploaded to YouTube. We want to make sure it will be easy to embed and will be viewable by everyone.
AUDIO – MUST be NO longer than :30 seconds and uploaded to an audio sharing client which can easily be embedded on this board. Examples: ZShare, SoundCloud, YouTube
TEXT/IMAGE – MUST be uploaded to an image sharing client which can easily be embedded on this board. Examples: ImageShack, Photobucket, etc.
Please only choose ONE format, as we want everyone to have an equal opportunity to post their unique message. You may, however, opt to do a combination of formats. For example, a video of you sharing a special image for Jen to see! Just remember to keep it UNDER :30 seconds!
Once you’ve chosen your preferred format, you must post your submission under the indicated thread BEFORE 12am midnight (BB time) on July 23, 2010. This will give us the proper time to make sure Jen receives the messages on her birthday!

Looking to take some beautiful pictures, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted on the beach in Malibu yesterday (July 13).
